Wellness, the way it began
What are Herbal Tinctures?
Herbal tinctures are concentrated liquid extracts made by soaking herbs in a solution of alcohol, glycerin, vinegar or a combination of these. This process draws out a wide spectrum of the plant’s medicinal compounds. It is among one of the oldest and most effective methods for accessing the beneficial properties of plants.
Unlike pills, tinctures are typically taken in small amounts (measured in drops or droppers) and are absorbed faster and more effectively by the body.

Used around the world for centuries
Used worldwide for thousands of years, herbal tinctures have remained one of the most effective and trusted ways to extract, preserve, and deliver the beneficial compounds found in medicinal plants—a practice embraced by herbalists across the world, from ancient healing traditions in India and China to the apothecaries of medieval and Renaissance Europe.

Why our Herbal Tinctures are so effective?
Herbal tinctures are powerful because they extract and concentrate the beneficial compounds in plants into a form that’s easy for your body to absorb.
Our tinctures take this process a step further:
- Alcohol-free, gentle extraction: Using pure organic vegetable glycerin instead of alcohol, our tinctures are safe and gentle for all ages and sensitive stomachs, without compromising potency.
- Made in small batches: our tinctures allow for precise extraction and hands-on quality control, resulting in optimal strength, consistency, and botanical integrity.
- Long, careful steeping: Each tincture is steeped for up to three months, allowing the full spectrum of plant compounds to be drawn out naturally.
- Concentrated and convenient: Even in small doses, glycerin-based tinctures deliver a potent and balanced herbal experience.
- Preservation of plant integrity: The slow extraction process preserves delicate compounds, keeping the herb’s natural synergy intact.
The result is an alcohol-free tincture that’s gentle, potent, and designed for maximum absorption, letting you experience the full benefits of the plants in a safe, traditional, and modern-friendly form.
How to take a tincture
Herbal tinctures are a gentle and convenient way to support your wellbeing, offering fast absorption without the need for large pills or capsules.
We recommend taking 2–3 pipettes* (approximately 30 drops). Gently place the tincture under your tongue and allow it to absorb.
Why under the tongue? This method supports quick, direct absorption into the body. If you prefer a milder experience, the tincture can also be added to a small amount of water.
* A “pipette” refers to the amount of liquid that fills the glass tube of the dropper top when the bulb is fully squeezed and released. It will not fill the entire tube, but this is the standard measure considered a pipette.
