Eligibility for Returns

At Welb Organics, we offer a 14-day return policy on all unopened and unused products.
As our products are handmade and consumable, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please complete a Contact Us Form, citing a returns request and reason for return.
Once submitted, we will provide detailed instructions within 48 working hours.

When returning your item, please include:

• A note with your order number, email address.

• Your own address clearly written as the return address on the parcel

This information allows us to identify your order and process your refund efficiently.

Return Shipping

All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure items are securely and safely packaged. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund provided the items are intact, unopened, and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

As our products are handmade and packaged in glass, we take great care to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue and we will be happy to assist you.
