Delivery Methods

At Welb Organics, we aim to dispatch all orders promptly and securely. All orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. 

  • United Kingdom: Orders are typically delivered via Royal Mail. In some cases, we may use an alternative courier to ensure your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible.

  • European Union and United States: Orders are usually shipped using DHL or FedEx. However, alternative couriers may occasionally be used to provide the most efficient delivery service available.

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Delivery Times and Charges

  • Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout once your shipping address has been entered.

  • During busy periods, including sales and holidays, delivery times may be extended slightly.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


International Taxes and Duties

European Union

  • Customers within the EU will be responsible for paying any local VAT, import duty, and customs handling fees directly to the courier or local customs authority before or when their order is delivered.

United States

  • Orders under $800 are typically exempt from import duty and tax.

  • Orders over $800 may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

Please note that if you choose to return your order, any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees paid are non-refundable.
